Jennifer Morton Matthews has spent the entirety of her career at Grace, Matthews, and Debro, joining as an Associate in 1992 and becoming a Partner in 2007. While Jennifer is an excellent litigator, she quickly established herself as the firm’s writing expert. Her extensive experience writing trial and appellate briefs gives her unique insight into the best manner for structuring arguments depending on the particular court she is pleading before.
Her practice covers a broad range of areas including local governments and municipalities, civil rights litigation, the Federal Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, employment litigation, and premises and professional liability, amongst others.
